My name is Ricardo Loreto Rodríguez. I am a Spanish Game Design and Development Graduate from the University of Jaume I (Castellón).
I consider myself to be a very approachable person, I am always very eager to learn and cooperate in teams listening to the proposals and evaluating what is best and worst for the project we are working at the moment. When working on my own, I tend to pay close attention to detail without losing track of productivity. During my years in college, I have developed a strong discipline regarding meeting the deadlines with an excellent quality, finishing my studies receiving first class honors endorse this attitude.
I started this blog as a way of showing my work during the years and my capabilities. However, I also like to write blog posts about my interests so that other people can learn from them or even correct me when I am wrong. This way I can continue to learn and also consolidate my knowledge.
My best skills are at Gameplay programming and real-time graphics. I am able to communicate between fields since I know how the systems in a game engine intertwine and work. I am also a researcher in the field of computer graphics having a paper about autostereoscopy published. Despite focusing on programming I love art and never left my artistic capabilities to die, I love to create little characters and watch them become alive with my scripts.
My most valuable achievements are
- PUBLISHED A PAPER ABOUT AUTOSTEREOSCOPY AND GAMES.
- EXCELLENT MARK IN FINAL DEGREE PROJECT.
- EXCELLENCE ACADEMIC AWARD ERNEST BREVA 2017, UNIVERSITAT JAUME I
- AWARD TO THE BEST NARRATIVE DESIGN – II AUDIOVISUAL UNIVERSITY FESTIVAL OCULUS 2015, UNIVERSITAT JAUME I
- ACCESIT AWARD BEST GAME AND DATABASE DESIGN PROPOSAL 2015, UNIVERSITAT JAUME I
